A new 2,520sf Training Center building complete with classroom and roof top observation deck on a 9 acres site developed for City of Charlotte employee vehicular road course and heavy equipment instruction. The facility is equipped with ADA compliant toilet rooms and chair lift accessing a covered paver-topped roof deck. Application for a change to the property zoning was required and approved prior to the project being permitted for construction.
