Description: 400 SF addition to an 8,500 SF existing fire station. Scope included new ADA compliant Battalion Chief’s dormitory suite complete with private toilet / shower room. Attention was paid to matching brick finish and details.

This project illustrates the ability to work with user groups to facilitate a solution within budget and on a tight schedule including verification of brick matching and supplier availability, coordination of interior finishes with Owner’s staff and Owner’s separate Contractor.
