Description: Kitchen renovation to a 6,500 SF historic fire station. Scope included interior renovation and reconfiguration of existing kitchen and new day room to bring facility into ADA compliance with NC Building Code.

This project illustrates ALR’s ability to work with user groups to facilitate a solution within budget within a tight schedule including coordinating selection of finishes with Owner’s staff and Owner’s separate Contractor. Project required exploratory demolition and field verification of un-documented systems.
