Description: This project is to provide a Life Safety analysis of Building 2-1127, significant building systems’ concerns, and all non-code compliant work that will be required to resolve any existing conditions that do not meet current code, preventing the intended occupancy for the building. Beyond Life Safety systems, equipment, floor plan, building systems in need of replacement and/or repair, and accessibility issues accessing the building, as well as occupying the building.
